From European Tour pro to Academy founder

Peter Gustafsson is a Swedish former European Tour professional and the founder of PG Golf & Sports Academy, one of the Costa del Sol's most respected names in golf coaching and performance. Born in Orust, Sweden, he turned professional in 1999 and went on to compete in over 80 countries across the European Tour, the Challenge Tour and the Tour de las Américas.

Earned his card in 2005 as a Qualifying School medallist, then finished runner-up twice in his rookie season.

From player to founder

In 2015, Peter stepped away from the competitive circuit to build something more than winning tournaments: the place he wished he'd had as a young player. PG Golf & Sports Academy opened beside Atalaya Golf & Country Club in Benahavís in September 2020, and has since grown into the most advanced training facility of its kind in Spain, staffed by an international, multilingual coaching team year-round.
