Developing the next generation of elite golfers

The decisions we make and the guidance we give to potential elite juniors shape the rest of their golfing careers, from US university golf scholarships to a Tour Professional career. We take that trust and privilege extremely seriously.

The initial student and parent consultation involves no financial commitment: visit the academy or join a Zoom meeting with our head coach to discuss our facility and development process in depth, so both sides feel the PG Elite Program is the correct step forward.

Player development plan

Four definitive stages

1. Technique Development

Fundamental technical skills are the ingredients of a great player. After this phase the player's golf swing is fundamentally sound and life lasting.

2. Skills Development

We systematically work through driving, woods, irons, pitching, chipping, bunker play, putting and shot shaping until every skill set is solid.

3. Performance

From the range onto the course: game plans, course management, decision making, focus and pressure management, converting skills into scores.

4. Competing

We enter Andalusia Federation tournaments, WAGR and Pro events, travelling as a close knit team with post-tournament evaluation between player and coach.

Our screening process allows us to make intelligent, bespoke development decisions and coach each player to their maximum potential in a simple, holistic form.

  • Player interview and psychological screening

  • Physical screening (TPI functional mobility and stability)

  • Swing fitting screening around the player's natural movement

  • Technology screening with TrackMan 4, 4D Motion and BodiTrak
