These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the PG Golf and Sports Academy website and your booking or use of any lessons, packages, memberships, camps, facilities or other services offered at our five academies: PG Golf & Sports Academy Atalaya, PG by Magna Marbella Golf, PG Golf Academy Mijas, PG Indoor at The Clubhouse and PG Golf & Sports Academy Greenlife Golf Elviria (together, the "Academies", "we", "us" or "our"). By booking a lesson, purchasing a package or membership, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
PG Golf and Sports Academy is a golf coaching business operating five academies in and around Marbella, Spain, founded by Peter Gustafsson. You can contact us at info@pgsportsacademy.com or +34 608 161 035.
Lessons, packages, camps and simulator sessions can be booked directly with us or through our third-party booking partners (including GolfManager and SevenRooms). When you book through one of these platforms, their own booking terms and payment processes may also apply alongside these Terms. Please arrive in good time for your session; late arrival may reduce the length of the lesson without any reduction in price.
We understand that plans change. Unless a specific package or promotion states otherwise, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, camp place or simulator booking. Cancellations made with less notice, or missed sessions without notice, may be charged in full at our discretion. Multi-lesson packages are generally valid for a reasonable period from purchase; please contact us if you are unsure how long your package remains valid.
Prices for lessons, packages, camps and memberships are as displayed on our website or as otherwise agreed with you at the time of booking, and are subject to change. Where prices are shown in Euros, applicable taxes are included unless stated otherwise. Payment is normally taken at the time of booking or on arrival, depending on the academy and the service booked.
Membership shares, activation fees and annual fees at Atalaya Golf & Country Club and PG by Magna Marbella Golf are subject to the specific membership terms of the relevant club in addition to these Terms. Membership benefits, pricing and availability may change from time to time; current details are available on request.
Our Junior Academy, camps and junior lessons are open to children from age 5. A parent or legal guardian must complete any required registration and consent on behalf of a junior participant, and remains responsible for the child's conduct, wellbeing and collection from sessions unless other arrangements have been agreed with us in advance.
We ask all golfers, guests and juniors to follow the reasonable instructions of our coaches and staff, to treat other players, staff and facilities (including TrackMan and Toptracer equipment, driving ranges, courses and simulators) with care and respect, and to follow the etiquette and safety rules of the venue you are visiting. We reserve the right to refuse service or end a session, without refund, in cases of dangerous, abusive or disruptive behaviour.
Golf and related activities carry an inherent risk of injury, including from golf clubs, balls and equipment. By participating in any lesson, camp, simulator session or use of our facilities, you accept this risk for yourself (or, for a junior participant, your child). To the fullest extent permitted by Spanish law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for injury or loss arising from your own negligence or failure to follow safety instructions. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Where we provide hire clubs, TrackMan bays, simulators or other equipment, please use them only as instructed and report any damage immediately. We are not responsible for personal belongings left at any of our academies or at The Clubhouse.
The PG Golf and Sports Academy name, logos and website content are our property or that of our licensors, and may not be copied or used without our permission.
Our website links to third-party booking and payment platforms (such as GolfManager and SevenRooms) and to our social media pages. We are not responsible for the content, availability or terms of these third-party services, which are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or applicable law. The version published on this page at the time of your booking will apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
